You Will Need:
  • Rolled Oats
  • Water
  • Tbsp of peanut butter
  • Scoop of protein powder
  • Vegan chocolate chips
  • Banana
  • Honey
  • Flaxseeds
  • Chia seeds


1. In a small saucepan on medium heat, add a half a cup of rolled oats and a cup of water to the pot. 

2. Stir occasionally until oats have absorbed all of the water.

3. Serve and add toppings. We like a sweet, chocolate/peanut butter bowl. But some people love brown sugar and fruit. Let us know how you like your oatmeal!
